When attempting to login to P6 Professional via CloudConnect, the following error occurs:

Unable to connect to the database. Please run the Database Configuration tool or contact your administrator.

1. Attempt to login to P6 Professional via CloudConnect.
2. Observe the login fails with the reported error.
