Symptoms
On : Primavera Unifier, RESTFUL API Web Services
When attempting to using RESTFUL API to add a line item to a BP, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error in creating line item. file:///studio/bp/action_service.xml:2534: java.lang.NullPointerException
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch an appropriate API application
2. Connect and authenticate
3. Populate API and execute call that adds a line item to a BP record
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add a line item correctly from the API.
