Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Manage Orders

When user revised an Order it stuck in Approval Pending with error.

ERROR
---------
Orchestration process <Orchestration Number> for order <Order Number> failed. Contact your system administrator. (DOO-2685208)

STEPS
---------
1. Revised the order.
2. Order approved by default (Auto-Approved)
3. Order stuck at Approval Pending.
