Symptoms

On : N/A version, Functional Setup Manager

Need to define extra Context for the DFF of "Value Set Values" FND_VS_VALUES_B.

Have a setup for the DFF of "Value Set Values", and one context "XX_ACCOUNT", but this seems not to have been done correctly.
When try to correct this setup, get an error that the context value "XX_ACCOUNT"already exists.

Please note that there already exists values entered for the value set with the context code = "XX_ACCOUNT".

the context name "XX_ACCOUNT already exists within the descriptive flexfield FND_VS_VALUES_B. Enter a unique context name (FND-2695)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Connect to Tasks, search:

  1. Manage Descriptive Flexfields , search Flexfield Code:FND_VS_VALUES_B
  2. Edit Descriptive Flexfield: Value Set Value
  3. Click on Manage context (Context Sensitive Segments is already created and try to create the same context again)
  4. the context name "XX_ACCOUNT already exists within the descriptive flexfield FND_VS_VALUES_B. Enter a unique context name (FND-2695)
