ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When processing Open Enrollment for an employee, the rates are not showing for the spouse life election.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The spouse life rates should display correctly for the employee.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process open enrollment for employee
2. Go to the Spouse Life plan and review the election
3. See that the rates are not being displayed

BUSINESS IMPACT

The spouse life rates are not showing up correctly for the employee.
