Symptoms

When attempting to download the P6 Pro ClickOnce application,
the following error occurs.

ERROR 504 Gateway Error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to P6 EPPM Cloud Jump Page
  2. Select Install P6 Professional
  3. The page hangs on loading
  4. Error occurs
