Symptoms

Problem Description:

An approval workflow is configured for a job requisition, but the approver does not receive an approval notification.

The approver also doesn't appear in the transaction summary section where they should show as being in charge of the approval.

  • After adding an administrator role to the approver's account, then the approval workflow is properly triggered.
