Is it possible to convert the Accounts of Self-Service Users?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The customer has a few self-service users in their system and they are trying
to change the Account associated with these users. There doesn't seem to be
a provision to do so either from UI or from web-services. Is it possible to
change the Account on a self-service user?
