Goal

The customer created new transactions and ran the Advance Collection Concurrent programs for them, except strategy assignment.
The new delinquent transactions are visible in collection dashboard, but the strategy task remained in "to be created" status, even if the days late respect the condition from the strategy.
The customer want to know if there is any process which need to be run in order to change the status for the strategy.
