Symptoms

Problem Description:

When a candidate applies for a job on the Candidate Experience site (external career site), then checks the status of their application, the appropriate candidate status is not displayed.

Example:

Candidate status is currently Rejected but on the Candidate Experience site, it displays as Not Retained.
