Error 'Results cannot be retrieved. Please contact System Administrator' When Running a System Based UDR with a Query Element

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to run a system based UDR that has a query element, the following error occurs.
Results cannot be retrieved. Please contact System Administrator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into environment.
2. Go to Shell- Select Reports from the left-hand side Control Pane.
3. Select UDR - Select the options wheel of Any System based UDR with a Query Element (that has a query added).
4. Run the Report - the following message is prompted: 'Results cannot be retrieved. Please contact System Administrator'.
