ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to submit a flow on 19D or 20A , the drop down fields has no values and no option to perform a search (NUX enabled)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to select the information.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll - Checklist - Submit a flow.
2. The drop down field has no values and no option to perform a search.
