Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System Cloud Service Version 16.0.040.1, B2B type warehouse to warehouse (DC2DC) allocation when cancelled does not update RMS.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create a DC2DC allocation.
2. Cancel the allocation in LogFire WMS.
3. Check the allocation cancellation has not updated the RMS.
