STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Go to to applications
2. Supplychain Execution->Inventory Management-> Manage Items
3. Query the Item and Associate Organization
4. Save to Change Order
5. Submit the Change Order
6. Approve the Change Order
7. Verify whether Change Order is Cancelled
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Change Order Status Should be Approved after final approver Approves the CO
