Error: "The system could not process your request" When Attempting to Use Bulk Edit in a Spaces BP Record (Doc ID 2635379.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier 18.8.3.9

Users are getting the following error when attempting to do a bulk edit to a Spaces Business Process (BP) record:

ERROR

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Navigate to the appropriate Shell > Spaces BP
  3. Select any record from the log view
  4. Click Actions>Bulk Edit
  5. Follow through necessary steps to attempt to bulk edit and receive error.
