Symptoms
When attempting to create work order the following error occurs.
ERROR
---------
Scheduling cannot be performed because either the calendar is not in effective or the resource XX: XXXX for Operation XX. XXXXXX is unavailable (WIE-4425562)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Goto applications
2. Supply chain Execution->Work Execution->Create Work Orders
3. Enter the Assembly and Quantity
4. Click on Save and Edit
5. Error appears
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
User should able to create Work Order Successfully.
