What happens if the SOA/MFT Services are not available due to AD1 outage?
Is Oracle able to move the underlying SOACS/MFTCS VM's from AD1 to either AD2 or AD3 and will restore the services?
How much time as per normal process - it will take to migrate the SOACS/MFTCS VM's from one AD to another AD?
