On : 19.3 version, Performance Issues

CANNOT USE LPN

In all the companies of the AAAA branch, when scanning an LPN on the "RF_CONSULTA LPN" screen (RF-Text module: {lpn} Inquiry), the first 2 characters of the LPN are deleted and we get a message that says "THERE IS NO SUCH LPN ".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the rf.
2. Select LPN Inquiry Menu.
3. Scan LPN.
4. See that Scanner is not reading the first two character.
5. System displays error.
