HCM Atom Feed - 'Bad Request' Error Occurs In OIC But Not In Postman (Doc ID 2635747.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Data Load

When attempting to retrieve New Hire Atom feed via OIC via the URL below

https://<pod>:443/hcmRestApi/atomservlet/employee/newhire?page-size=1000&orderBy=updated%3Aasc%2Cpublished%3Aasc&updated-min=2019-12-11T19%3A30%3A17.873Z

the following error occurs.

Bad Request
400
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.<P>Reference&#32;&#35;7&#46;cc6019b8&#46;1576092618&#46;0</BODY></HTML>.A 400 Bad Request Error indicates that the target service is unable (or refuses) to process the request sent by the client (Oracle Integration Cloud), due to an issue that is perceived by the server to be a client problem. You can trace the cURL representation of the request sent to the target service from the Oracle Integration Cloud server logs. Try invoking the target service using cURL. It may also be that one of the intermediaries (proxy, LBR)

Able to pass a similar URL via Postman

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to retrieve new hire ATOM Feed via OIC
2. Encounter error message above
3. Able to retrieve data or response using similar URL via Postman
