On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to add a document for an employee
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"You have selected an invalid document type. You must select an active document type. (PER-1530708)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add Document page
2. Add "Self Service" document type or any other type
3. Error occurred
