Symptoms

Customers are unable to reopen a frozen bill, error 'Auto Pay exists, on Bill, to proceed stop the Auto Pay on the Bill.'. Even after stopping the auto pay, still getting the same error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. De-activate Autopay on the bill
2. Re-open frozen bill
