Correction Import Error Spreadsheet does not load any data after login (Doc ID 2636127.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Manage Invoices-Audit Invoices

When attempting to Run Correct Import Errors with 2 users, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Users cannot see any data in the file even though they have the necessary roles and BU accesses


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payables - Invoices
2. Click on Tasks - Correct Import Errors
3. Check Adfdi file content - there is no data

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot check the errors with these 2 users.
