Profiler: Unable to Login from Salesforce, Authentication Does Not Work in Firefox (Doc ID 2636236.1)

Symptoms

When trying to log into Profiler from within Salesforce, there is a prompt to authenticate, but clicking the button just loops back to the same authentication screen. Restarting Firefox, clearing cache and cookies does not resolve the issue. 

Changes

Firefox enabled Enhanced Tracking Protection by default starting in version 69.0. This can cause issues with loading assets that are required for/by tracking data.
