Symptoms

Problem Description:

When configuring an approval rule based on Worker Type, the rule fails with no returned results.

The failure generates an error that can be seen in the Transaction Summary section. After downloading the Diagnostic Log from the Transaction, the below error can be seen:

ORABPEL-30103 Ruleset didnt return any results. Ruleset SupervisoryRulesListSet didnt return any results. Model the ruleset so that it returns a list builder specification.
