Not Able to See Identity Provder (IDP) Entry in Security Console (Doc ID 2636254.1)

Symptoms

   Customer created a new identity provider (IDP) under Single Sign On tab of security console and it failed. When they are working on fixing, they are not able to go back to see prior Identity providers. If create a new IDP entry again with same IDP metadata,

the system will report the IDP already exist.

 

   Steps to reproduce:

1.  Access fusion application

2.  Click Navigator -> Tools : Security Console -> Single Sign-On 

No IDP entry is displayed

3.  Create a new IDP entry, save it, then go back to Single Sign-On page, still no IDP entry is displayed
