Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis
When attempting to run General Ledger Account analysis Report,
the following error occurs.

Requested layout null not found: General Ledger Report
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Scheduled Processes
2. Submit General Ledger Account Analysis Report
3. ESS job errors
