Goal

In present scenario, we are capturing project key members from Template level and there will be update of Key Members which will be done through Web service. But one thing we have noticed over here is Through web service we are able to achieve end date on Project Manager role and assign new person against Project Manager but through web service we cannot enable Primary Manager flag on it.
Because of this restriction we are facing an problem of AP invoice. The approval goes to old project manager which is assigned even though it is end dated until we enable primary flag manually on new person who has project manager on it.

This project is integration project with third party software.
