On Applications 11.13.19.10.0:
When attempting to Create accounting for Payment requests for Expenses, the following error occurs.

The account XXXX is invalid. (MESSAGE=FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST {VALUESET}=XX {SEGMENT}=X {VALUE}=XXX) Cause: The cause is: {MESSAGE}.Action: The account {ACCOUNT_VALUE} must be enabled, allow posting and must not be a summary account.
