On : 11.13.19.10.0 version
Credit card token creation fails with error
ERROR

"Tokenization failed because of server error. JBO-27023 Failed to validate all rows in a transaction"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Customer(person)
2. Got to Customer Account
3. Got o Payment Details tab
4. Click on Create Credit Card
5. Embedded Cybersource popup comes
6. Customer entered all details including first/last name, address, phone, email etc and also payment details
7. Click Submit and see reported error
