Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.10.0 version,
When attempting to review sub-ledger journals
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- From GL Dashboard, review Sub-ledger Journals
2- Select your Ledger
3- Select Journal Source
4- Select an Accounting Date older than three months
5- Select a Journal
6- Hit View Transactions – Error appears
