Symptoms
Users are unable to upload SSP values. Below error is seen.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Standalone Selling Price Profiles
2. Click Edit and Click Create SSP
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete allocation process and cant close the period.
