FULFILL_LOC_NOT_CUSTORD Error In ReSA After Loading Customer Order Sales (Doc ID 2637044.1)

Symptoms

SA_TRAN_ITEM .FULLFILLMENT_LOCATION is populated as null even though the physical warehouse is provided in the RTLOG and the following error can be noted in SA_ERROR table upon uploading customer order sales.

Steps to reproduce:
---------------------------
1. Uplaod a customer order via an RTLOG. Make sure the fulfillment location is provided in the RTLOG.
2. Note the above error in SA_ERROR table.
