OAC: Clicking on a Bookmark Hypelink in a Microsoft Word File Throws a 401 Authorization Required Error

Symptoms
A bookmark link has been generated for an OAC analysis ( for example: https://<instance>-<cloud account>.analytics.ocp.oraclecloud.com/analytics/saw.dll?PortalGo&Action=prompt&path=<analysis> ).
The URL is included in an email that is opened in MS Outlook and a user clicks on the URL / hyperlink. In the default web browser, see the user is prompted to login and supplies his SSO credentials, and see the analysis opens.
The URL is included in a MS Word document and a user clicks on the URL / hyperlink. In the default web browser, the user sees a tab with the message "You cannot bookmark and access the /signin URL directly". In another tab, the user is prompted to login and supplies his SSO credentials, but see he is redirected to https://<instance>-<cloud account>.analytics.oraclecloud.com/cloudgate/v1/oauth2/callback with a "401 Authorization Required" message.
