Receive "You Are Not Authorized To Perform Action" Error In P6 TM (Doc ID 2637244.1)

Symptoms

User receives error when use Team Member My Activities.

You are not authorized to perform action



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Project with two activities created and set up for Team Member application within Set Project Preferences pop up.
2. User set themselves as Team Member Status Reviewer.
3. User assigns themselves as Team Member Owner for both activities.
4. User accesses Team Member application via Chrome browser.
5. Two identical pop ups appear with error stating "You are not authorized to perform action".
6. User is still able to update activities via Team Member Web app.
7. Error shows up after refreshing page, however, user can close out of error message at will and continue updating. Error message always comes in pair

BUSINESS IMPACT
