Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Data Collection

When attempting to load Manual forecast Demand,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error on table MSC_ST_DEMANDS, column USING_ASSEMBLY_DEMAND_DATE.
ORA-01843: not a valid month

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Downloaded FBDI Template, ScpExternalForecastImportTemplate.xlsm
2. Input the required Data, create csv file
3. From file import , upload UCM account: scm/planningdataloader/import
4.Run Request from schedule Process Load Planning Data from Flat Files
5. Request goes into Error
