'Actions Without Preview' Window Sometimes Takes a Couple of Tries to Open (Doc ID 2637494.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When users select Actions without Preview from the task log, sometimes it takes a couple of tries before the window pops up. This is an intermittent issue and happens in all browsers for all users.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The window should pop up after the first time a user selects Actions without Preview.

 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to a Shell > Task Manager.
  3. Select two rows and click on Actions Button, select Action without Preview.
  4. Window does not open.
  5. Re-select Tasks and follows steps again, window will open.
