Non-Direct Buy Parts Appear in Quick Key Search in Jet UI (Doc ID 2637654.1)

Symptoms

Adding a part via Quick Key (Quick Add) in JET UI shows all parts instead of just Direct Buy Parts.

When attempting to Quick add these parts to the quote, regardless if there are other parts that are Direct Buy parts, an error occurs:

The part PARTNUMBER is not a direct buy item, hence cannot be added as a quick key item.

This prevents all parts from being added to the quote as the user is initially unable to determine which parts are Direct Buy and which parts aren't.

 

Changes

JET UI was enabled for the Commerce Process and users are attempting to add parts via Quick Add.
