The customer has changed their "Knowledge" tab to read "SR Knowledge Search" on the right side panel by default and when this side panel is opened, the content of "SR Knowledge Search" doesn't populate until after you click the "SmartText" tab and then click back to "SR Knowledge Search".

Replication steps:
1. Open Service Request
2. Click right side tab.
3. "SR Knowledge Search" tab that appears by default is blank.
4. Click "SmartText" tab. That appears correctly.
5. Click "SR Knowledge Search" tab. That now appears correctly.
