Goal

How are these data points derived on the case folder?

What table/column or Formula is used to derive values for these data points on the Case Folder. Could not find any documentation for this.

1) Business Information and Credit - Year Became a Customer - Year that the company became a customer. The value is derived by the application. Include in Case Folder
2) Business Information and Credit - Year Established - Year that the company was established. The value is based on customer records. Include in Case Folder
3) Business Information and Credit - Years as a Customer - Number of years that the company has been a customer. The value is derived by the application. Include in Case Folder
4) Business Information and Credit - Years in Business - Number of years the company has been in business. The value is based on customer records.
