Error in test Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration with Identity Cloud Service (IDCS)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After SSO is configured with IDCS and the configuration is tested, a "Service Unavailable - DNS failure" error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced by following these steps:
- In the IDCS Admin console, configure the Fusion application.
- To verify the connection with the Oracle Fusion Applications Cloud Service environment, under the Provisioning tab, click Test Connectivity.
