Symptoms

Issue Statement:

Promotions are not accessible at the Marketing Tab of the OCCS-Admin administration interface

General Slow down observed in the OCCS-Admin administration interface.

STEPS

  1. Access the Admin UI
  2. Navigate to the Marketing tab
  3. Search for any Promotions with a high number of Excluded Promotions or Included Promotions.
  4. The Promotion is loading forever and the page times out without any results.
