Office 365 : Not Possible To Search Accounts And Contacts (Doc ID 2638239.1)

Symptoms

 We are using the Outlook 365 plugin and the search of Accounts or Contacts does not return any result.

When accessing accounts, a list is loaded, and you can scroll down more and more, you can search the accounts already loaded after scrolling, but you cannot search the accounts that have not yer been reached by the scroll.
The same issue occurs for Contacts as well.
