STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1, Go to Outlook 365
2. Open Add in 365 for Sales Cloud
3. Go to Contacts and Search for a contact
4. No results

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot can't search via Add in for contacts
