Goal

New Hire Life Event created at Pending Worker Record when Rehired through ORC Issue

Implemented ORC system and hiring process is happening through ORC

For Rehire employees through ORC  noticed that the New Hire and other Life Events are getting created at the Pending Worker Record itself. Here the Life Event occurred date is showing as Pending Worker Start date which is causing the issue. The Benefit enrollments will ideally start from Employee Hire date and not from Pending worker start date.
For normal Hires through ORC the Life Events will be created once the Pending worker is converted to Employee and with the Life Event occurred date as Employee Hire Date, which is correct. But this is not happening for Rehire cases.

Can you please let us know why the Life Events are triggered at the Pending Worker Record itself for Rehire cases. Why is the occurred date showing as Pending Worker Start Date instead of Employee Hire Date. Please let us know how to resolve these issues.
