Business Process Configuration: Cannot Create New Logs, Change Existing Log Views or Copy a Log View (Doc ID 2638267.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.9 version, Unifier Admin Mode

In the Configuration for a Business Process:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The users cannot create new logs, change existing log views or copy a log view.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to create, edit and save log views.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps to create a new Business Process (BP) View

  1. Navigate to Company Workspace > Configuration > Business Process
  2. Select the BP desired
  3. Select Log Views
  4. To create a New Log View, click the Create button - note that nothing seems to happen
  5. To copy an existing Log View, select the name of an existing Log View
  6. Click the Save As push button
  7. Provide a new name for your new view
  8. Click the Save button - note that nothing seems to happen


BUSINESS IMPACT

Because of this the users cannot create or modify the log views.
