Symptoms
When attempting to connect to P6 using Primavera Risk Analysis, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Risk Analysis open the Primavera P6 Connection Wizard
2. Enter the connection information for P6 Web Services
3. Complete the connection setup
4. Select the action Open Primavera P6 Project
5. The log file shows the error above when connecting
