Symptoms

When trying to send a verification email from "Identity Cloud Service", no email is received by any users.

Users receive a verification email.

STEPS

  1. Browse to the Primavera Cloud Portal.
  2. Open the link for "Identity Cloud Service".
  3. Select the "Email Options" tab.
  4. Click the "Resend Email" button.
  5. No emails are received by the users.
