On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After running "Migrate from V3 to V2/V1" diagnostic, Seniority Dates are not being populated under Manage Work Relationship > Service Dates

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After migrating from V3 to V2/V1, Seniority Dates should be populated under Manage Work Relationship > Service Dates.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. While on V3 Seniority Dates, run the "Migrate from V3 to V2/V1" diagnostic in Validate Mode
2. After running the "Migrate from V3 to V2/V1" diagnostic in Validate Mode, run it again in Correct Mode
3. Go to Person Management > Search and select an employee
4. Go to Manage Work Relationship > Service Dates
5, Notice that the Seniority Dates show no values

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see employees seniority dates.
