Signature Contract Type Is Not Refreshing Properly While Creating New Contract (Doc ID 2639054.1)

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Procurement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When selecting a contract type that requires signature and immediatelychanging contract type to another one that does not require signature and
clicking Save and continue, we can see that Enable electronic signaturecheckbox is present on the contract, even if the contract type is the onethat does not require this

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The contract type should be refreshed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create contract
Select BU
Select Contract type with signature
Change contract type with one without signature
Select Party
Save and continue
See that the contract was created on the second contract type, but with the
Enable electronic signature checkbox presents

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create contracts properly.
