Symptoms

 On Fusion R13,  Capture Transactions-Approve Journals,  find that on multiple occasions, Creating/posting Journals lead to receiving the below error message:

Notification error:

"The rules defined under ruleset SingleTypeParticipantOneInParallelModeRuleSet did not return any results. (FUN-720336)
Cause Probable causes include a participant does not have any active rules, no matching rule exists, the rule definition is incorrect, or none of the rules evaluates to true.
Action Correct the rule definitions under the ruleset."

Transaction Console error:

"The request operation failed with the business rules defined for SingleTypeParticipantOneInParallelModeRuleSet."
